Commemorate the end of 2018 with a multi-course celebratory dinner at The Kitchen Boulder.


Course 1 | Shaved Carrot Salad celery, marcona almonds, carrot top pesto, gorgonzola, champagne vinaigrette or "French Onion" Bruschetta caramelized onion-fennel, goat cheese, herb salad

Course 2 | "Paella" Arancini duck sausage, gulf shrimp, saffron-tomato sauce or Crispy Brussels Sprouts shaved truffle, turnips, grana padano

Course 3 | Petite Osso Bucco Polenta roasted root vegetables, carrot top pesto, charred onion jus or Poached Lobster Tail/ buxton boats lobster, chinese sausage, scallion fried rice, sesame sabayon or Roasted Mushroom Risotto shaved truffle, sunflower seed salsa verde, pecorino romano

Course 4 | Chestnut Torte roasted apples, toasted chestnuts, honey-cider gastrique or Black Cocoa & Olive Cake blood orange, vanilla chantilly, candied orange
