Course 2 | Orecchiette with Lamb Sausage spicy tomato sauce or Roasted Mushrooms creamy scallions - shallots & brioche

Course 3 | Dry Aged NY Strip scallion potato purée, roasted shallots & green peppercorn demi glace or Idaho Red Trout crispy red bliss potatoes, grilled kale, & orange or Black Pepper Spaetzle braised cabbage, fennel, caraway-roasted carrots & spiced yogurt

Course 4 | Almond Yogurt Panna Cotta candied almonds & lemon zest or Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding 'cookies and cream' chantilly or Brown Butter Blondie roasted pears & salted caramel
