About The Kitchen Restaurant Group

Founded in 2004 by Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk, The Kitchen Restaurant Group is a family of restaurants based in Boulder, Colorado. With locations across America in the heart of each city, the group is focused on preparing real food at every price point and sourcing food from American farmers. Its sister concepts, Next Door and  Hedge Row, employ hundreds of people with mission-driven jobs. Each restaurant donates back to our sister non-profit, Big Green, which builds a healthier future for kids by connecting them to real food through a nationwide network of Learning Gardens and food literacy program.
